In search of a transparent administration of resources that are managed for our social programs, we present to you our Accountability Accounts for the year 2020. We present a video with a summary of the results of our social intervention in the most vulnerable communities.

3-A. Compliance certificate for the Legal Representative
Document that certifies that the Legal Representative complies with the requirements established in numeral 3ª and 3B of Article 364-3 of the tax statute and numerals 5.1 and 5.2 of Article 1.2.1.5.1.8 of Decree 1525/16.
3-B. Compliance certificate for the Statutory Auditor
Document that certifies that the Statutory Auditor complies with Article2 of Law 43 of 1990.
4. Certificate of incorporation
Document that compiles all the information regarding the incorporation of nu3 Social Organization.
5. Certificate of existence and legal representation
Document issued by the Chamber of Commerce certifying the existence of nu3 Social Organization and contains information regarding the legal representative.
6. General Assembly minutes with authorization from the Legal Representative
Document that supports the administrative decisions of nu3 Social Organization.
8. Certificate of Legal Representative and background checks of the Board of Directors members
File that supports the background and record of nu3’s members.
9. General Assembly Minutes
File that indicates the status of permanent assi9nments.
10. Financial memory
Previous management reports files.
11. Founders
Document that lists nu3 Social Organization’s founders.
12. Meritorious activity
Document that summarizes the social objective or meritorious activities of nu3 Social Organization, which is to seek the welfare of communities, in an autonomous manner or in association with public – private institutions.
